Withdrawals from your pka888 balance can be requested at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that match the account holder's name and have been used for deposits where applicable.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed at the point of request.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before the bonus portion of your balance is eligible for withdrawal. Real money deposits not subject to wagering requirements can typically be withdrawn independently.

By placing any bet or wager on pka888, you agree to the following general gaming rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled after placement unless the relevant market is voided by pka888 in accordance with event settlement rules.

• Void and refund: If an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the specified period or abandoned without a result, bets on that event will typically be voided and stakes returned. The specific rules for each market are displayed in the event details.
• Cricket and PSL: If a match results in a Duckworth-Lewis outcome, bets are settled on the official declared result. For rain-shortened matches with no official result, match winner bets are voided unless the market terms specify otherwise.
• In-play betting: Odds on live in-play markets may be suspended at any point during an event at pka888's discretion. Bets already placed at the time of suspension remain valid unless the relevant market is subsequently voided.
• Accumulator/parlay bets: If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the bet is recalculated without that leg at the revised combined odds. All remaining legs must win for the accumulator to pay.
• Obvious pricing errors: Odds that are clearly published in error — significantly away from the correct market price — may be voided and stakes returned regardless of the recorded outcome.
• Settlement: Results are settled based on official competition results. For cricket, ICC and relevant board official results apply. For esports, tournament organiser official results apply.

pka888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or use of stolen payment instruments.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Abusive, threatening or offensive behaviour toward pka888 staff or other platform users.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Use of prohibited software or automated tools.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, pka888 reserves the right to void any outstanding bonuses and related winnings while returning confirmed genuine deposits where appropriate.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily can do so by contacting support. Self-requested closures related to responsible gaming concerns can also include a self-exclusion period.
